Delivery

Within Estonia, we deliver the goods to the parcel machine indicated by the customer. If the shipment cannot be delivered to the customer’s address, it will be sent to the customer’s nearest post office. We will definitely contact you before sending if it is not possible to send the package to a specific address. Normal delivery within Estonia takes 2-3 days, 2-7 days to EU / non-EU countries. The exact delivery time is displayed on the checkout page. Our website always shows the availability of products. We do not compensate for or be responsible for delays by third parties in delivering the goods to the customer. If the country of destination is outside the European Union, the shipment may be subject to customs duties or taxes. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of such taxes and duties. Special conditions may apply for each country and destination – please contact the relevant national authority for more information.

SmartPostItella SmartKuller – 6.00 €

On the morning of the day of parcel delivery, the customer will be sent information about the arrival of the parcel by SMS message. The courier calls the customer before the package is delivered.

If the package cannot be handed over to the customer for the first time, the courier will agree on a second time, if necessary. According to the customer’s wishes, it is possible to redirect the parcel to a suitable parcel machine at no extra charge.

Delivery inside and outside the European Union

Our cooperation partners for deliveries outside Estonia are DHL Express and FedEx. Once the Buyer has filled in the required fields on the checkout page, different delivery options will appear with prices.

DHL Express

Fast. Door to door. Delivered by courier.

Once you have placed your order and selected DHL Express as the delivery method, the package will arrive at your chosen address within 3 working days. You will be sent a personal parcel tracking code with which you can conveniently track the route of the parcel.

fedex

Once you have placed your order and selected FedEx Economy / Fedex Priority as the delivery method, the package will arrive at your chosen address within 7 working days. You will be sent a personal parcel tracking code with which you can conveniently track the package.

 

Return of goods

  • After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
  • In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store. If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
  • The buyer is obliged to return the goods or hand them over to us or our carrier as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notified the withdrawal.
  • Goods will be considered returned on time if you have shipped them before 14 days have elapsed.
  • The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
  • Upon receipt of the returned goods, NewNovale OÜ shall return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract. The seller has the right to refuse to make refunds until he has returned the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the item, whichever comes first.
